  • Who do I pay my insurance deductible to?

  • Do I need an appointment for an estimate?

No. Our estimators are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Simply stop by our auto body shop, and they'll inspect your vehicle and provide you with a written estimate. We're ready to help you get started whenever you're ready.
  • How long after my car is painted can I wash and wax it?

Based on our professional experience, we recommend hand washing your vehicle after one week and waiting 60 days before using an automated car wash. We suggest washing your vehicle by hand using mild soap and low water pressure. To help prevent any damage to newly painted panels, keep a pressure washer at least 3 feet away from the surface. Our Lexus autobody experts also recommend waiting 90 days after repair before applying wax to newly painted areas.
